The GE IC670ALG310 module is a voltage-source analog output module. 

It is designed with 8 different channels for voltage outputs that can be auto scaled as configured by the operators. 

The module takes the input from the bus interface unit that is connected to it and enhances the data for 

calibration and converts the data into output voltage in a range between -10 and +10 Volts. The IC670ALG310 output module has enhanced diagnostics. 

It can easily detect over range and under range situations, loss of user power, and an uncalibrated module. 

The output module also features alarms that can be set by the users for different events. 

The module treats output values as under range and over range when they do not meet the th 50 millivolts requirement of module's maximum or minimum output settings.
