The GE Fanuc IC693MDL760 is a solenoid valve output module.This unit has eleven pneumatic outputs and five 24VDC sourcing outputs.
For each of the pneumatic outputs, the module contains an internal 3- way solenoid-actuated valve and an associated output fitting.
The fittings are located on the front panel.The module is enclosed in a standard IC693 plastic housing.
When the user switches the output on, the internal valve connects a pressure source to the output fitting.
This pressure source is supplied by the user and can have a maximum pressure of 100 psi.
It is connected to the fitting on the bottom of the output module.
The valve has an output port, which is vented inside the module whenever the output is switched off.
